Spiritful Voices Community Choir, Inc., is an independent, 50-member all-volunteer adult mixed choir. We’re a non-profit performing arts organization formed to serve our community by promoting the talents of singers and instrumentalists of varied ages and diverse backgrounds who share a love of music. We perform during two seasons each year--Spring and Fall--and each season our repertoire includes a wide variety of choral arrangements. We often perform classical, contemporary, ballads, gospel, Broadway showtunes, patriotic, jazz, seasonal, spiritual, swing, humorous and ethnic pieces. While some of our songs are a cappella pieces, many of our selections are accompanied by our talented pianists and even by our own instrumental ensembles consisting of various woodwind, brass, percussion, and string instruments.

Since its inception, Spiritful Voices has performed throughout the metropolitan Oklahoma City area at such prestigious venues as The Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts, the Paseo Arts Festival, the Oklahoma Fall Wine Festival, Penn Square Mall, the Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory at the Myriad Gardens, the Downtown Oklahoma City Holiday Parade, the Braum's Ice Skating Rink, and Quail Springs Mall.  We’ve entertained residents at dozens of retirement centers and nursing homes including Alterra Sterling House, Brighton Gardens Retirement Center, Epworth Villa Retirement Community, The Fountains at Canterbury, Jefferson's Garden, Manchester House, The Mansion at Waterford, Quail Ridge Senior Living Center, Saint Ann's Home, The Statesman Club at the Vineyard, Southern Plaza Retirement Center, Tealridge Manor, and The Wellington; and we were the featured act at the holiday extravaganza, “Festival of Music,” to benefit the Deaconess Hospital Foundation and the Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech Foundation.

Spiritful Voices has appeared in countless newspaper articles in The Daily Oklahoman, The Sunday Oklahoman, The Bethany Tribune, Northwest Metro Times, The Journal Record, The Kingfisher Times and Free Press, and other publications throughout the metropolitan Oklahoma City area.  We’ ve also been featured on OETA Television’s “Metro Report”, NewsChannel 4 (KFOR-TV), Eyewittness News 5 (KOCO-TV), and on KWTV News 9.
